Arrangör
Tävlingen arrangeras av Michelin Nordic AB (”Michelin”), Ringvägen 100, Box 47 175, 100 74 Stockholm, Sverige, och gäller under perioden 19 augusti 2026 till 22 augusti 2026, med leverans under 2026.
Vem kan delta?
Tävlingen är öppen för personer som har fyllt 18 år och närvarar på eventet.
Anställda hos Michelin samt personer involverade i genomförandet av tävlingen får inte delta.
Så deltar du
För att delta fyller du i dina kontaktuppgifter i tävlingsformuläret på plats under eventet.
Endast ett bidrag per person är tillåtet om inget annat anges.
Vinst och kontakt
Du kan vinna
• Två Michelin-gubbar
• En kostnadsfri Mastercare+ flottinspektion av Euromaster på maximum 15 fordon.
• Michelin-brandade strumpor, vattenflaska samt anteckningsbok.
En vinnare per mässdag (19-22 augusti) lottas ut och kontaktas via e-post. Totalt fyra vinnare kommer att utses.
Vinsten kan inte bytas mot kontanter eller överlåtas till annan person.
Vinnaren kontaktas via de kontaktuppgifter som angivits i samband med deltagandet.
Om vinnaren inte svarar inom 14 dagar förbehåller sig Michelin rätten att utse en ny vinnare.
Personuppgifter
Michelin behandlar de personuppgifter som lämnas i samband med tävlingen för att administrera tävlingen, utse vinnare samt kontakta vinnaren.
De personuppgifter som kan komma att behandlas är:
• Namn
• E-postadress
• Telefonnummer
• Antal fordon i flottan
Personuppgifterna behandlas med stöd av berättigat intresse för att genomföra tävlingen och sparas endast så länge detta är nödvändigt för ändamålet.
Michelin Nordic AB (för de nordiska länderna) samlar in och behandlar personuppgifter för informations-, individuell rådgivnings- och marknadsföringsändamål och den rättsliga grunden för behandlingen är ditt samtycke, vilket när som helst kan återkallas genom anmälan till Michelin.
De personuppgifter som samlas in och behandlas för dessa ändamål kommer att lagras i minst 12 månader. Denna lagringsfrist är inte tillämplig på data som lagras som bevis inom ramen för lagstadgade lagringsperioder.
Användningen av personuppgifterna är begränsad till Michelins anställda och/eller tjänsteleverantörer som anlitats av Michelin. En av dessa tjänsteleverantörer är baserad i USA. För att säkerställa tillräcklig säkerhet när det gäller dataskydd har man enats om de standardiserade dataskyddsklausuler som antagits av Europeiska kommissionen. Ytterligare information kan erhållas från vårt dataskyddsombud.
Du har rätt till tillgång, rättelse, invändning, begränsning av behandlingen och radering av uppgifter om dig och du kan begära portabilitet av dina uppgifter.

ANSVAR, AVSLUT AV TÄVLINGEN
Michelin ska inte hållas ansvarigt för några direkta eller indirekta skador som uppstår till följd av deltagande eller tillfällig oförmåga att få tillgång till kampanjsidan online, om inte sådana skador beror på uppsåtligt tjänstefel eller grov vårdslöshet från Michelin Nordic AB:s sida.
JURIDISK GRUNDLAG
Svensk lag gäller för tävlingens villkor och bestämmelser med undantag för FN-konventionen om avtal om internationella köp av varor (CISG).
Vid juridiska tvister ska en eventuell tvist prövas vid domstol i Stockholm.
Godkännande av villkoren
Genom att delta i tävlingen accepterar deltagaren dessa tävlingsvillkor.
Competition Terms
Organizer
The competition is organized by Michelin Nordic AB (”Michelin”), Ringvägen 100, Box 47 175, 100 74 Stockholm, Sweden, and is valid from 19 August 2026 to 22 August 2026, with delivery in 2026.
Who can participate?
The competition is open to persons who are 18 years of age or older and are attending the event.
Michelin employees and persons involved in the implementation of the competition are not allowed to participate.
How to participate
To participate, fill in your contact details in the competition form on site during the event. Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated.
Prize and contact
You can win
• Two Michelin men
• A free Mastercare+ fleet inspection by Euromaster for up to 15 vehicles.
• Michelin-branded socks, water bottle and a notebook.
One winner per exhibition day (August 19-22) will be drawn and contacted via email. A total of four winners will be selected.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided in connection with participation. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Michelin reserves the right to select a new winner.
Personal data
Michelin processes the personal data provided in connection with the competition to administer the competition, select the winner and contact the winner.
The personal data that may be processed are:
• Name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Number of vehicles in the fleet
The personal data is processed based on a legitimate interest in carrying out the competition and is saved only as long as this is necessary for the purpose.
Michelin Nordic AB (for the Nordic countries) collects and processes personal data for information, individual advice and marketing purposes and the legal basis for the processing is your consent, which can be revoked at any time by notifying Michelin.
The personal data collected and processed for these purposes will be stored for at least 12 months. This storage period does not apply to data stored as evidence within the framework of statutory storage periods.
The use of personal data is limited to Michelin employees and/or service providers engaged by Michelin. One of these service providers is based in the USA. In order to ensure sufficient security in terms of data protection, the standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission have been agreed upon. You have the right to access, rectification, objection, restriction of processing and deletion of data concerning you and you can request portability of your data.

LIABILITY, TERMINATION OF THE COMPETITION
Michelin shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation or temporary inability to access the online campaign site, unless such damages are due to wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Michelin Nordic AB.
LEGAL BASIS
Swedish law applies to the terms and conditions of the competition, with the exception of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). In the event of legal disputes, any dispute shall be heard in a court in Stockholm.
Acceptance of the terms
By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these competition terms and conditions.
